Install it

Tap the download button above and wait for it to finish.
Open the downloaded file (from the notification, or the Downloads app).
If Android says installs from this source aren’t allowed, tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, and go back.
Tap Install. If Google Play Protect warns about an unknown app, tap More details, then Install anyway. That’s normal for apps that aren’t in the Play Store yet.
Tap Open, then Add my business and follow the four setup steps (about 5 minutes).

Updating: download the new version from this page and install it the same way. It installs over the old one and keeps all your data. Don’t uninstall first; uninstalling erases your books.

Getting started

Upload a settlement: tap +, then Upload a settlement, and pick the PDF your carrier sent.
New carrier? Tap Teach the app and show it one statement. After that it reads that carrier on its own.
Receipts: tap + to scan a fuel ticket or repair receipt, or Add maintenance for work you did yourself.
Back up weekly: gear icon → Back up my data → save to Google Drive.

About the beta

The beta stops taking new entries after December 31, 2026. Everything you entered stays readable and can be backed up, and it carries over when you install the released app.

Found something wrong, or have an idea? Email help@settlementbooks.com with a screenshot and what you tapped. If a settlement didn’t read right, include the carrier’s name.
